Workflow
What kind of shapes does
the customer need?
Collect information of the products and the machines which customers own.
Flower design confirmed
Start designing. Flower is the base of our designing.
Simulation (SRS)
Seeing the SRS we will check the shapes, strain, load, cutting deformation.
Roll manufacturing
Start manufacturing rolls; Cut raw materials, drill holes, machining, heat treatment, polishing, Inspection.
Trial on forming stand
Make sure if the rolls produce an expected product.
Completion of rolls/Acceptance
Upon meeting the specifications of the products, customers accept our rolls.
